It is in mine too ...and has been for about 20 years. I'm glad you enjoyed it. I'm sure it will be a great inspiration when you paint. Take care! //henrik And you were very right....I liked it very, very much!!! CHESS has officially become one of my favorite albums in my collection.... All the best, Lily I'm glad you like it. I was pretty sure you would :-) There are so many great songs on it that it's hard to pick favourites. And speaking of it... I think I need to give it a couple of spins. CHEERS! Henrik

Yes, CHESS has already been a great source of inspiration for me and it has actually moved me to get back to my drawing pad......In fact, last night I spent around 4 hours drawing while listening to the songs from this Album........It was an incredible sense of peacefulness.....I can see why people say that drawing and painting can be very theraupetic....It gave me a great sense of relaxation.....Pretty neat!!! Unfortunately I found myself suffering from a period of temporary "mental block". My inner eyes are arguing with my outer eyes, and I am not being able to make the right mental measurements and adjustments that I normally do when capturing a subject. I think I have been abusing my staying awake for way too long periods of time without getting enough sleep....and I might be just be a bit too tired and in need of some good 7 straigh hours of sleep. I will try that and I'll see if I stop this senseless argument between my inner and outer eyes....... Any way....I think I better stop for now...... I'll be seeing you later..... Lily p.s. Thanks again...!!! It is in mine too ...and has been for about 20 years. I'm glad you enjoyed it. I'm sure it will be a great inspiration when you paint. Take care! //henrik And you were very right....I liked it very, very much!!! CHESS has officially become one of my favorite albums in my collection.... All the best, Lily

DIO - Holy Diver (The Album) This CD totally rocks!!!! Really awesome.....I cannot believe what I have been missing.... A super Album...I highly recommend it. !! Un album buenisimo, se los recomiendo.....!!!!! Cheers!! Lily

This reminds me that I have been meaning to buy "The Nightmare Before Christmas" album. I saw the movie with Carolyn and a friend of hers when it was shown not that long ago. It was in 3D, and it was really cool. This is actually Carolyn's favorite movie. She has seen it so many times, I cannot not even count them....I totally lost track of the number. Gönül Dagi - Neset Ertas This one I have definitely not heard about...(Boy....wouldn't you have been surprised if I did? --LOL!!) Concerto For 2 Violins and Orchestra in D Minor/Vivace - JS Bach Ahhhhh!!! Mr. J.S. Bach...... I just love anything that is from Bach....Good listening!! You just made feel like listening to my Bach music now.... Powerslave - Iron Maiden I can't believe this..... I have two Iron Maiden albums and none of those CDs have Powerslave... I am sure that I can find that song easy around this town. I had several to choose from at the store when I bought the 2 I have. I just did not know enough about them to know which ones to pick from. Now I know... Okay, I think I have to go now and go get me the cup of coffee I am been saying I am going to make....I am really craving for one cup of freshly brew coffee now..... C'ya....and thanks for sharing the music!!! ~Lily~ P.S. I am now listening to: Air on the G String from "Suite No. 3" in D. from J.S. Bach. Nightmare... is actually one of my favourites as well. Lyn has good taste :-) Danny Elfman and the whole art department is really amazing in that one... Gönül Dagi - Neset Ertas This one I have definitely not heard about...(Boy....wouldn't you have been surprised if I did?--LOL!!) Yes! I would have been pretty surprised But what can I say... I like Turkish pop music One of the few countries that still knows how to do it. Powerslave - Iron Maiden I can't believe this..... I have two Iron Maiden albums and none of those CDs have Powerslave... Comes from the album Powerslave. Certainly one of their better albums, even though I'd prefere some other albums even more. But that's a killer song! Coffee... hmmm... now that's a good idea! ;D CHEERS! Henrik This reminds me that I have been meaning to buy "The Nightmare Before Christmas" album.
